When the Heating Structure Is the Same, the Results Tend to Be Similar.
Most tire warmers on the market still rely on the same basic wire-element
heating structure. Manufacturers may change the materials, wire layout,
insulation or controller, but when the underlying heating principle remains
the same, the performance differences naturally stay within a similar range.
GET HOT was never developed within that framework. Rather than refining the
conventional wire-element concept, we reconsidered the purpose of tire
preparation itself: what thermal condition should the complete tire be in
before the rider leaves pit lane?
Our far-infrared full-surface heating element applies energy across a broad
area of the tire. The objective is not simply to make the tread surface
hotter, but to prepare the tread, carcass and internal structure as one
connected thermal system.

Far-infrared full-surface heating
Complete tire condition and hot-pressure preparation
GET HOT is not another version of the conventional wire-element tire warmer.
It was designed from a different starting point and represents a different
philosophy of tire preparation.
Beyond Surface Temperature
Full-Surface Heating for the Tire as a Complete Structure
Conventional wire-type tire warmers apply heat along individual heating
lines and depend mainly on conduction from the tread surface toward the
inside of the tire. This can make surface temperature rise quickly while
the carcass and internal layers remain in a different thermal condition.
GET HOT uses a far-infrared full-surface heating element to apply energy
across a much broader area. This approach is designed to reduce localized
heat concentration and promote a more uniform thermal condition through the
tread, carcass and internal structure.
The goal is not the highest possible surface reading. The goal is a stable,
repeatable starting condition in which tire temperature and hot pressure
are closer to the condition the tire will experience on track.
One Philosophy, Multiple Applications
GET HOT Motorcycle and Race Car Tire Warmers
Every GET HOT model is based on the same core principle: prepare the tire as
a complete thermal structure rather than treating surface temperature as the
only target. Select the model according to tire size, racing application,
temperature-control requirements and electrical specification.
GP-PRO Motorcycle Tire Warmers
GP-PRO is designed for riders and teams that need reliable, repeatable tire
preparation before every session. Its far-infrared full-surface heating
element distributes heat across a broad area of the tire instead of
concentrating it along narrow heating wires.
GP-MAX Digital Temperature-Control Tire Warmers
GP-MAX combines GET HOT full-surface heating with adjustable temperature
control. It allows teams to adapt tire preparation to different compounds,
ambient temperatures and track conditions while maintaining the same
objective: a controlled and repeatable thermal starting condition.
SUPEREVOLUTION MAX-R with Sidewall and Rim Heating
MAX-R extends the heating concept toward the sidewall, bead area and rim.
It is designed to treat the tire and wheel as a connected thermal structure,
helping prepare hot pressure and internal tire condition without depending
on excessive tread-surface temperature.
Professional Tire Warmers for Race Cars
GET HOT full-surface heating is also available for automotive racing.
GP-PRO4 and GP-MAX4 are produced for specific tire dimensions, voltage and
racing requirements, supporting repeatable preparation across all four
wheels.
Heat Catcher Thermal Insulation Cover
Heat Catcher fits over the tire warmer to reduce heat loss and protect the
heating environment from wind. It helps the warmer maintain more stable
conditions, especially in cold or windy paddocks.
Continuously Selected in Professional Racing
Long-Term Use by Factory Teams, Professional Race Teams and Manufacturer Testing Programs
GET HOT has continued to develop its motorcycle tire warmers through long-term
use in Japanese and international racing. Evaluation is based not only on the
temperature displayed by a controller, but also on track data, rider feedback
and the actual tire condition achieved after preheating.
2005–Present | Yoshimura Japan
GET HOT tire warmers have been continuously selected and used by
Yoshimura Japan since 2005.
2015–Present | Kawasaki Factory Team
GET HOT tire warmers have been continuously selected by the
Kawasaki Factory Team since 2015.
Leading Professional Teams in Japan
GET HOT continues to be adopted by other leading Japanese professional
teams and high-level racing programs.
Manufacturer Testing and Development
GET HOT continues to be used in tire-manufacturer and vehicle-manufacturer
testing, development evaluation and real-track data collection.
This continuity of use supports the central GET HOT philosophy: the purpose
of a tire warmer is not simply to create a hot tread surface, but to prepare
a stable, usable and repeatable tire condition before pit exit.

Used by RW Racing Moto2 during the 2018 Japanese Grand Prix.
Used by Honda Team Asia Moto3 in 2019.
Used by the Kawasaki factory team that won the 2019 Suzuka 8 Hours.
Frequently Asked Questions
Motorcycle Tire Warmer FAQ
How is GET HOT different from a conventional wire-element tire warmer?
Most conventional tire warmers use linear heating wires and rely mainly on
conduction from the tread surface toward the inside of the tire. GET HOT
uses a far-infrared full-surface heating element to apply energy across a
broader area and prepare the tread, carcass and internal structure as a
complete thermal system.
Can the tire-warmer temperature be adjusted?
Yes. GP-MAX includes digital temperature control, allowing preparation to
be adapted to tire compound, ambient temperature, track conditions and
racing requirements.
Can you manufacture tire warmers for MiniGP, OHVALE or special tire sizes?
Yes. GET HOT supports mini motorcycles, OHVALE, racing scooters, MiniGP and
other special tire sizes. Please provide complete front and rear tire sizes.
Are tire warmers available for race cars?
Yes. GP-PRO4 and GP-MAX4 can be manufactured according to race-car tire
dimensions, available voltage and competition requirements.
Can GET HOT manufacture versions for different voltage and plug requirements?
Specifications can be confirmed according to the intended country and power
supply. Please provide voltage, plug requirements, vehicle and tire sizes
when contacting us.
