A Different Way to Heat a TireMost tire warmers rely on heating wires. GET HOT does not. Instead, we developed a heat-generating fabric. Approximately 80,000 fine conductive filaments work together to create a broad and uniform heating surface across the tire. The objective is not simply to produce more heat. Why Conventional Heating Wires Create LimitationsA conventional wire-heater system applies heat through a limited number of contact lines. The areas directly above the wires receive stronger heat first, while the remaining areas warm gradually by thermal conduction. Even when the wires are arranged densely, there are still areas receiving direct heat and areas receiving indirect heat. To raise the entire tire to the target temperature, the heat source itself may become considerably hotter than the tire surface. This can create localized overheating and unnecessary thermal stress on the compound. |
What Is the Correct Tire Temperature?Many people ask whether 80°C, 90°C, or 100°C is the correct setting. But temperature itself is not the objective. The real question is: what tire condition are you trying to reproduce? Tire temperature and tire pressure should reflect actual running conditions. A fixed temperature is not automatically correct in every situation. Excessive heat can accelerate the degradation of oils and plasticizers in the tire compound, potentially reducing grip, consistency, and overall performance. |

Because of their unique structure and the precision required during production, each warmer is carefully assembled, adjusted, and inspected by hand.
