Please read this page as it contains important information to understand tire warmers.

Developing a New Heat Source for Tire Warmers

GET HOT tire warmers were developed with one clear goal: to warm the entire tire more evenly and more efficiently than conventional heating-wire systems.

Instead of relying on ordinary wire heaters, we developed a heat-generating fabric. The fabric itself generates heat through approximately 80,000 fine heating lines, creating a wide and uniform heating surface across the tire.

This unique structure allows GET HOT tire warmers to warm the tire efficiently while keeping the heating element temperature below 100°C (212°F).

Limitations of Conventional Heating Wires

Most tire warmers use heating wires as their heat source. These systems can certainly raise tire temperature, but they heat the tire from limited contact points.

In a conventional wire-heater system, the areas directly above the wires receive stronger heat first. The remaining areas are warmed gradually through heat conduction. Even if the wires are arranged densely, there will always be areas that receive direct heat and areas that are warmed indirectly.

For example, if a tire warmer is set to maintain a thermostat-controlled temperature of 90°C (194°F), the heating wires must become hotter than the target tire temperature in order to bring the tire up to that level. In some cases, the wire temperature may rise to approximately 120°C (248°F) before the tire itself reaches the intended temperature.

From a heat-transfer standpoint, this is difficult to avoid with a conventional wire-heater structure.

What Is the Correct Tire Temperature?

The primary role of a tire warmer is not simply to make the tire hot. Its purpose is to reproduce suitable tire conditions before the machine goes out on track.

Tire temperature and tire pressure should reflect actual running conditions. Therefore, temperatures such as 80°C (176°F) or 90°C (194°F) are not automatically correct in every situation.

Is the tire actually 90°C while running?
Does it reach 100°C?
If so, is that truly the ideal condition for the tire?

These are important questions.

Excessive heat can accelerate the degradation of softening agents in the tire compound, which may negatively affect grip, consistency, and overall performance.

The GET HOT Approach

GET HOT does not rely on a limited number of intense heating wires. Instead, the fabric itself generates heat through approximately 80,000 fine heating lines.

Because the heat is distributed over such a large area, each heating line does not need to become excessively hot. This allows the tire to be warmed efficiently while the heating element remains below 100°C (212°F).

The result is a wide, even, and controlled heating surface designed to reduce localized overheating and unnecessary thermal stress on the tire compound.

To explain the concept simply:

A conventional heating-wire warmer relies on a limited number of strong heat sources.
GET HOT distributes heat through approximately 80,000 fine heating lines at a controlled temperature.

This is the fundamental difference.

Proven Performance in Motorsport

GET HOT tire warmers have been tested and used by leading factory teams, including:

YOSHIMURA JAPAN
KAWASAKI Factory Team
YAMAHA Thailand
SUBARU STI

Their performance potential has also been recognized by EWC Champion F.C.C. TSR Honda France.

In 2019, GET HOT was introduced in Moto3 by Team Asia, marking our first full-time participation in a world championship. A victory in the opening race, together with Kawasaki Factory Racing’s triumph at the Suzuka 8 Hours Endurance Race, became unforgettable milestones for us.

A Different Perspective on Tire Preparation

For more than 20 years, many racers across Japan have relied on GET HOT tire warmers.

Throughout this time, we have continued to study tire preparation from a different perspective. Rather than simply following conventional assumptions, we have focused on how to reproduce more suitable tire conditions before running.

GET HOT tire warmers are the result of this long-term development philosophy.

Handcrafted Quality

GET HOT tire warmers cannot be mass-produced entirely by machine.

Because of their unique structure and the precision required in production, each warmer is carefully assembled and adjusted by hand. This allows us to maintain consistent quality for every customer.

Since their release, GET HOT tire warmers have remained in high demand, and delivery lead times may be longer than ordinary mass-produced products.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by waiting times. However, we are committed to providing a product that exceeds your expectations.

Experience the difference with GET HOT tire warmers.
