Please read this page as it contains important information to understand tire warmers.

When creating a new product, We need to develop a new heat source instead of using the same heat generation method of wire heater. This was the biggest challenge. In order to solve this problem, it was necessary to heat the entire tire evenly rather than heating it locally. I won't go into details about how much research and development we did,but we succeeded in developing a fabric that generates heat evenly throughout.
Heating wire, which is the mainstream heat source for tire warmers, powerfully heats the tire, but there are parts that are in contact with the wire and other parts that are not, and the heat in the part that is in contact with the wire is conducted and heats the whole tire. However, for example, if the tire warmer with a thermostat set temperature of 90℃ (194F), the heating wire will continue to heat up until the tire temperature reaches 90℃(194F), and the temperature of the wire will rise to around 120℃ (248F). Physically, you cannot raise the tire temperature unless you do so. However, no matter how finely the wires are arranged, the wires are still wires, and it is physically inevitable that there will be heated and non-heated parts. The role of a tire warmer is to reproduce the best running condition of the tires before runnning.

What temperature should tires be set at?
There are some things you should not make wrong. Tire temperatures and pressures need to reproduce running conditions, so 80°C (176F) or 90°C (194F) are not necessarily appropriate values. Is the tire temperature 90°C (194F) while running? Is it 100°C (212F)? If so, there may be a problem. Generally, it is said that it is best to warm the tires to 80℃ (176F) or 90℃ (194F) with a tire warmer. When using a hot wire tirewarmer that locally heats the tire, the temperature of the hot wire can rise to over 100℃ (212F), and in some cases up to 120℃(248F), by the time the actual tire temperature increases, causing Please note that the softener contained in the tire will be lost.

GET HOT makes it possible to keep the temperatureof the heating element within 100℃(212F) while heating the tires to a temperature close to that with overwhelming heating area.

To explaiin the characteristics in an easyy -to -understand way... Although it is fabric, if replace it with lines and express it with numbers.

Heating wire warmer that heats with 10 intense wires against GET HOT heated with 80000 lines of suitable temperature

That's what it means . Although the heat generated by each line is not very strong, it does not cause any damage to the tire, and since it is filled with 80000 lines, you can understand how densely heatedd it is.

So far, it has been used in manufacture tests as well as factory teams such as YOSHIMURA JAPAN, KAWASAKI Factory Team, YAMAHA Thailand , and SUBARU STI (car racing), and its high potential has been recognized. EWC Champion FCC TSR use GET HOT as well.

In 2019, it was also used in MOTO-3 by TEAM ASIA. It was our first full time World championship, and the sudden victory in the opening race, as well as KAWASAKI Factory Racing's victory in the EWC SUZUKA 8hours endurance race, were great memories for us.

Many racers in Japan have been using our products and we have been able to continue producing them at full capacity for 20years. We have continued to consider how to set up tires from a different perspective than conventional wisdom.

However, the GET HOT tirewarmers have been on backorder ever since it release, and it takes time to produce them. Production is limited because it is not possible to mass-produce them by machine, and it is produced while adjusting it by hand one by one. This is to maintain high quality so that everyone can use it with piece of mind. We apologiize for any inconvenience caused by delivery lead time., but we will deliver a product that will surely satisfy you.

Please take advantage of our GET HOT tirewarmers !
